Process Engineer (Wire Harness)

What you will do

• Standardize final assembly processes, equipment, and work procedures for wire harness production.
• Define technical specifications, procure assembly equipment, and coordinate equipment installation, validation, and start-up.
• Manage equipment status, investments, procurement, inventory, costs, and lead times.
• Coordinate engineering changes, new project introductions, and continuous improvement activities.
• Lead the team responsible for equipment installation and report project deadlines, costs, quality, and implementation status.
• Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, MCIP, and IMCIP initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Completed university or higher education corresponding to VI or VII degree.
• Knowledge of wire harness production, particularly final assembly.
• At least one year of experience as a process engineer in final assembly.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
