Warehouse Operator (Fixed Term Contract)

What you will do

• Receive raw materials and finished products, verify deliveries against purchase orders, and book materials into the warehouse ERP system.
• Pick and deliver materials to internal customers, support batch manufacturing, and handle materials returned from production.
• Sample GMP materials, dispense materials for Epidiolex/Epidyolex bulk manufacturing, and maintain sampling booth conditions.
• Maintain accurate stock records, complete daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support annual stock-takes.
• Support commercial shipments, domestic and international product dispatches, and out-of-hours supply chain plant-alarm callouts.
• Maintain cGMP, cGDP, health, safety, security, and environmental standards while supporting continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Recent and relevant experience in a similar supply chain position.
• Knowledge of a broad range of supply chain functions and disciplines.
• Forklift licence.
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate data handling, communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience and knowledge of cGMP/cGDP practices.
