Order Management Coordinator (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Process and track sales and purchase orders across the EMEA region.
• Validate pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate customer shipments and monitor supply chain activity.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics and freight providers.
• Liaise with retailers and internal stakeholders to fulfil orders and provide customer service.
• Resolve discrepancies, produce reports, and support operational improvement projects.

Requirements

• Some previous experience through an internship, placement year, or entry-level role; logistics, operations, or customer service experience is useful.
• Strong Excel and general IT skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive communication skills and confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment and willingness to learn.

• Experience with ERP systems.
