Warehouse Manager (Fulfillment)

Location: Hybrid role based at the warehouse in Tarragona, Spain

What you will do

• Monitor daily productivity, quality, and service KPIs, investigate deviations, and escalate issues with clear data-based hypotheses.
• Support start-of-shift checks, tier meetings, issue tracking, handovers, and follow-up routines.
• Coordinate operational exceptions and merchant requests, including delays, special orders, and custom packaging.
• Act as a key user of Atlas WMS by troubleshooting issues, supporting adoption, and onboarding users to correct processes.
• Analyze recurring defects, delays, and inventory discrepancies, then implement corrective actions with the partner team.
• Contribute to layout improvements, standard work, tooling, 5S, reporting, and operational playbooks.

Requirements

• Strong interest in operations and willingness to work on the warehouse floor every day.
• Comfort with Excel, data analysis, and KPI tracking.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Structured problem-solving skills, reliability, and strong follow-through.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a structured 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, or high-performance warehouse environment.
• Exposure to 5S or continuous improvement.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience supporting WMS adoption or acting as a WMS super-user.
