Inventory Controller

What you will do

• Maintain inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and reliable inventory records.
• Perform stock audits, reconciliations, and compliance checks.
• Verify receiving and put-away activities across warehouse operations.
• Analyze inventory data and prepare operational reports.
• Support warehouse process improvement and day-to-day operational activities.
• Follow health, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in inventory control, stock control, or warehouse administration.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience in a 3PL, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma principles.
• Experience supporting inventory audits and compliance programmes.
• Counterbalance or Reach Truck licence where operational support is required.
