Healthcare Technical Consulting Director - Financial Performance, EPM, Data Analytics & Visualization

Location: Chicago, United States; travel required for client engagements.

What you will do

• Design scalable, auditable financial analytics and EPM architectures using Strata, Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle EPM, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Lead integrations with EHR/EMR, ERP, revenue cycle, claims, supply chain, and enterprise data systems.
• Develop healthcare FP&A and performance analytics for cost allocation, profitability, service lines, provider performance, workforce productivity, and revenue cycle insights.
• Enable rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, what-if analysis, and value-based care contract performance analysis.
• Design CFO-level dashboards, board-ready scorecards, and decision-ready financial visualizations.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional consulting teams while contributing to practice growth and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is highly desirable.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare financial analytics, EPM, or performance management, including consulting or professional services experience.
• Hands-on experience with Strata, including cost accounting, service line analytics, and performance management.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario modeling.
• Experience with Oracle EPM for consolidation, planning, reporting, and data governance.
• Strong healthcare domain knowledge, SQL, financial data modeling, and BI visualization skills.
