Senior Consultant - Technical (Healthcare)

Location: US - National; specific roles may require up to 25% travel.

What you will do

• Advise healthcare clients and translate their business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of EHR, RPA, cloud, analytics, and data integration systems.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
• Provide technical support from discovery through deployment and optimization.
• Manage client communications, project timelines, expectations, documentation, technical diagrams, and training materials.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, data anomalies, and system behavior while applying healthcare IT best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a technical consultant, systems analyst, implementation specialist, or in a similar client-facing role.
• Experience working in or with healthcare organizations, including hospitals, payers, providers, or health tech vendors.
• Strong technical skills in one or more of EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner, HL7/FHIR, AWS, Azure, GCP, APIs, data pipelines, Python, SQL, software development, or systems development.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple projects.
• Understanding of healthcare data privacy and security standards, including HIPAA and HITECH.
