Senior Consultant, Performance Improvement (Healthcare)

Location: US - National; up to 20% travel

What you will do

• Implement advisory solutions and demonstrate their value throughout client engagements.
• Develop and maintain workplans, status reports, decision logs, risk logs, issue logs, and initiative trackers.
• Create complex analytical models, financial analyses, statistical reports, visualizations, and client presentations.
• Facilitate client interviews and meetings while collaborating with business, technical, clinical, and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Identify improvement opportunities and develop implementation recommendations.
• Review and validate analyses and deliverables, perform quality reviews, contribute to practice tools, and mentor junior resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; data science, finance, business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least 4 years of healthcare industry experience, preferably in hospital administration or revenue cycle functions.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, balance multiple assignments, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of analytical and programming tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python; experience with EMR or ERP solutions is preferred.
