What you will do

• Set the vision, standards, and daily expectations for streaming performance across WKRN+.
• Oversee editorial programming for live and prerecorded shows and newscasts.
• Develop new streaming strategies, shows, and opportunities for live, near-live, and on-demand content.
• Coordinate anchors, producers, editors, assignment editors, and broadcast executive producers around deadlines and multiplatform workflows.
• Optimize broadcast content for CTV, expand vertical video, and repurpose stories across digital and streaming platforms.
• Establish KPIs and drive measurable growth in engagement, loyalty, and reach.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a digital news environment, including people and performance management.
• Strong editorial judgment in a breaking-news environment.
• Demonstrated success driving audience growth through content strategy and execution.
• Deep understanding of SEO, analytics, streaming platforms, video, and digital storytelling.
• Ability to influence across teams, set expectations, communicate clearly, and hold teams accountable.
• At least 5 years of experience in both broadcast and digital settings is preferred.
