Creative Producer, YouTube (Gaming)

Location: New York, USA; candidates in Los Angeles may also be considered. Eligible employees may work remotely one day per week.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end production of YouTube-first gaming formats featuring hirify.global 2K and other videogames.
• Develop concepts aligned with brand and content strategy, and oversee pre-production, filming, and post-production.
• Collaborate with the social team on content release strategy.
• Produce digital formats featuring hirify.global players, creators, celebrities, and other external talent.
• Monitor audience analytics and adjust content strategies based on engagement data.
• Track gaming-content trends and develop innovative, fan-driven entertainment experiences.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience producing YouTube videos, preferably in gaming.
• Deep knowledge of hirify.global 2K.
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and analytics.
• Proficiency with camera equipment, video production, and editing software including Adobe Premiere.
• Ability to write compelling scripts and develop creative video concepts.
• Strong project management, organizational, storytelling, and audience-engagement skills.
