Business Analyst - Finance/Accounting

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, and technology teams to resolve system issues and protect business operations.
• Act as a liaison between business operations and information systems throughout requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Implement and roll out new processes, systems, and technology changes.
• Define test approaches, develop test cases, and perform software testing before implementation.
• Develop workflow, query, reporting, and metrics-monitoring tools to improve organizational efficiency.
• Support end-user documentation and training materials for new functionality and processes.

Requirements

• Project experience in an applications support or business systems environment.
• Experience collaborating with business and technical partners.
• Experience with requirements analysis, software testing, and implementation.
• Ability to identify repetitive process and system issues and drive automation or streamlining improvements.
• Ability to work onsite in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
