Government Account Executive in MCA North (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Grow revenue in strategic government accounts through cross-selling and upselling hirify.global solutions.
• Develop account strategies, go-to-market plans, and sales objectives for existing customers.
• Coordinate with inside sales, sales engineering, systems engineering, sales management, and operations teams.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives.
• Lead negotiations, manage complex decision-making processes, overcome obstacles, and close sales.
• Maintain account plans, resolve account issues, and monitor the financial status of strategic accounts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Advanced expertise with the ability to work independently on complex assignments.
• Expertise in negotiation, closing, solution selling, and presenting hirify.global solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to understand customer business needs and identify additional solution use cases.
• Ability to improve tools and processes that support efficient selling and strategic account management.
