What you will do
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all customer matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and partner relationships.
- Develop trusted advisor status with key accounts and executive sponsors.
- Forecast and track key account metrics to ensure growth attainment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve high-severity requests and escalations.
- Coordinate company resources to meet partner performance objectives.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Colombia.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or channel marketing within the High Tech industry.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management or comparable market space.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to Mexico, Central, or South America.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent experience.
