Factory Sales Representative Junior

What you will do

• Increase revenue by achieving sales objectives across existing and new customer accounts.
• Create and manage territory and account strategies to support pricing and product-mix objectives.
• Prepare product quotes and use value-selling tools to communicate customer value.
• Assess customer needs, develop value propositions, and demonstrate products or services.
• Analyze customers, prospects, competitors, and market conditions within the assigned territory.
• Plan territory coverage and allocate time effectively across accounts and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of successful sales or related experience.
• English proficiency required.
• Experience in a role with similar responsibilities and the ability to assess customer needs.
• Intermediate negotiation skills and business acumen.
• Strong independent working, communication, proposal-writing, presentation, teamwork, and customer service skills.
