Sourcing Project Manager

Location: St Louis Park, Minnesota, US; hybrid work arrangement. Travel up to 10%.

Salary: $105,000–$195,000 annually, with potential eligibility for additional annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, including dual-sourcing initiatives and supplier ramp-up and readiness plans.
• Build and maintain project plans covering timelines, milestones, and deliverables for internal teams and external suppliers.
• Coordinate suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment and project progress.
• Track supplier actions, deliverables, and dependencies to keep projects on schedule.
• Partner with sourcing teams to prioritize work and lead multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Improve project efficiency, prioritization, and productivity across a high-volume project portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ideally 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in supply chain or sourcing.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in the St Louis Park, Minnesota hybrid location and travel up to 10%.
