Global Procurement Specialist - Converting Services

Location: On-site at the hirify.global Center in Maplewood, Minnesota, with work required at least four days per week. Travel may include up to 10% domestic and international travel. Relocation is not authorized.

Expected annual compensation: $124,127–$151,710, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Own procurement categories and lead strategic procurement for outsourced converting services across hirify.global businesses and divisions.
• Lead supplier selection, supplier relationships, negotiations, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Develop sourcing, category, supplier-management, and risk-reduction strategies, including dual-sourcing.
• Analyze procurement metrics and implement process improvements that increase service, speed, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Operations, Legal, and external suppliers.
• Lead contract negotiations and implement agreements covering complex supply relationships, including supplier-managed inventory, consigned materials, and formula-based pricing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least five years of combined experience in sourcing, procurement, engineering, and/or manufacturing.
• Experience working with complex internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and oral communication, negotiation, attention to detail, and financial analysis skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to work on-site in Maplewood, Minnesota at least four days per week.
