Project Sourcing Lead – NPD

Location: On-site in Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States. Travel to other Cytiva sites, including Westborough, Massachusetts, and supplier facilities may be required 10%–20% of the time.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead project sourcing for Open Innovation, technology, and New Product Development initiatives.
• Partner with R&D, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and global sourcing teams on outsourcing, insourcing, and subcontract management.
• Manage sourcing activities for non-metallics and, where applicable, hardware from RFQ through contract execution.
• Act as the primary sourcing contact for project core teams, including management of cost and delivery changes caused by design changes.
• Participate in design reviews, kaizens, and project meetings to represent sourcing requirements.
• Deliver objectives covering cost, quality, delivery, security of supply, sustainability, and Design for Excellence.

Requirements

• Professional procurement qualification, BA/BS degree, or at least 5 years of experience in sourcing, project management, engineering, or supply chain.
• Experience leading or participating in New Product Development activities.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with remote personnel and work on-site.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel 10%–20% to company sites and supplier facilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Qlik, or other business intelligence and purchasing tools.
• Previous supply chain or sourcing experience.
• Project management experience.
