Global Molding Procurement Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Maplewood, Minnesota, requiring at least four days per week at the hirify.global Center. Travel may include up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Salary: $164,612–$201,193 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead the molding procurement category and provide strategic procurement leadership for outsourced molding across hirify.global businesses.
• Drive category strategy, supplier selection, negotiations, cost reduction, working capital improvement, and procurement best practices.
• Own external supplier relationships and develop strategies for dual sourcing, supply continuity, and category risk reduction.
• Lead process improvements using procurement information and metrics to improve service, speed, and cost.
• Negotiate complex supply agreements with strategic partners in collaboration with hirify.global divisions and Legal.
• Partner with Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Operations, and external suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least 10 years of combined experience in sourcing, procurement, logistics, supply chain, engineering, and/or manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, written and oral communication, attention-to-detail, and business analytics skills.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on complex projects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with molding suppliers, contract manufacturers, or co-packers.
• Experience managing a procurement team.
• Project management experience and financial acumen.
