Senior Loan Sales Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area, with training at the Tempe office; remote work available in Texas and Florida. An 8-hour shift is scheduled between 6:00am and 8:00pm PST and includes one weekend day.

Total compensation: $85,000–$130,000+ per year, including hourly base pay, uncapped commission, spiffs, and incentives.

What you will do

• Convert warm leads into personal loan sales, typically closing within one to two calls.
• Manage up to 20 active transactions across different stages of the pipeline.
• Identify customer needs, including medical debt and home repairs, and explain suitable loan solutions.
• Use direct-selling techniques to move prospects through the loan application process.
• Exceed daily and weekly performance targets to maximize commission earnings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent inside sales experience; outbound call center experience is preferred.
• Proven success in commission-heavy sales roles.
• Ability to navigate Salesforce or a similar CRM while maintaining an energetic customer conversation.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift that includes Saturday or Sunday.
• Ability to attend training at the Tempe, Arizona office.
