Licensed Healthcare Agent (Medicare)

Location: Remote - Florida, United States

Salary: $19.00 per hour base pay. Seasonal incentive opportunities of $500–$1,000 are tied to quality, retention, and member engagement.

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing Medicare members.
• Explain coverage options, next steps, and relevant healthcare information.
• Resolve member concerns using a service-focused, consultative approach.
• Meet expectations for call quality, member engagement, retention, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain communication with the supervisor and team and attend meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Active Health or Health & Life license required.
• At least one year of Medicare experience.
• Ability to work across multiple software systems with basic computer and technical skills.
• Strong communication skills and a service-first approach.
• Ability to work a production schedule that includes at least one weekend day per week during AEP.
• A compliant home-office setup and successful completion of a background check are required.

Nice to have

• Telesales or contact center experience.
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, retention programs, or loyalty-based outreach.
