Work from Home: Customer Service Representative (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $14.00–$15.00 per hour, plus performance-based incentives

What you will do

• Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Research inquiries and provide effective resolutions.
• Document call details accurately in computer applications.
• Communicate empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation.
• Meet daily team goals for quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of call center experience, with at least 1 year at a single job preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent and minimum age of 18.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and comfort in a fast-paced team environment.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM and proficiency with computer applications.
• Reliable attendance, including no absences during the first 90 days.
• Hardwired internet with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download, plus a secure, private workspace at home; flexible availability including weekends.
