Learning Coordinator

Location: Carneys Point, New Jersey, United States; onsite warehouse/operations role

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 USD base salary per year; bonus and equity may be available for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Conduct audits of trainer delivery, SOP adherence, and training-material usage.
• Lead onboarding sessions for PM-shift new hires and track training progress, productivity ramp-up, and early retention.
• Coach trainers, provide structured feedback, and maintain consistent training standards across PM shifts.
• Track cross-training completion and skill development across departments using reporting dashboards.
• Partner with supervisors and managers to identify training risks, gaps, and additional support needs.
• Coordinate training operations, lead trainer meetings, reinforce process changes, and support curriculum improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of training, facilitation, or learning and development experience; warehouse or operations experience is preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience, either formal or informal.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Clear communication, constructive feedback, conflict management, analytical thinking, and accountability skills.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds and bending, twisting, or kneeling.

Nice to have

• Experience in a warehouse or operations environment.
• Interest in progressing toward a Learning Manager role.
