Talent Development Program Specialist (AI)

Location: United States, Remote

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 base salary annually, depending on location within the United States, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Design and build self-led e-learning modules, micro-learning assets, training guides, facilitator materials, and presentation decks.
• Use AI tools to create scripts, visual assets, assessments, and other learning content.
• Facilitate interactive virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops for employees across departments and levels.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and gap analyses, translating findings into actionable learning solutions.
• Manage talent, employee growth, and leadership development programs from planning through execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, administer the Docebo learning management system, and support People Team projects.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Experience creating e-learning content with tools such as Articulate Rise.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills in virtual and in-person settings.
• Working knowledge of LMS administration and multimedia editing software such as Canva.
• Proven ability to use AI tools to optimize workflows, draft content, and create visual assets.
• Excellent communication, organization, project management, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docebo and Confluence.
• Experience building scalable learning solutions in lean environments.
