Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at the Walmart Home Office

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

Walmart operates a large retail and supply chain network, with the North America Global Inbound team developing cross-border inbound capabilities.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end initiatives from supplier onboarding and readiness through transportation and final delivery to U.S. destinations.
• Build standardized supplier readiness, launch, and scalable inbound processes.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and operating mechanisms to manage performance.
• Identify process gaps, manual work, automation opportunities, and root causes affecting service, cost, and lead time.
• Partner with Sourcing, Merchandising, Transportation, Customs, Supply Chain, Product, and Technology.
• Manage risks, dependencies, cross-functional decisions, roadmaps, and executive-level program updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience managing end-to-end supply chain processes and operational escalations.
• Experience analyzing complex data, improving network efficiency, and managing supplier compliance.
• Leadership experience supervising teams, mentoring associates, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Experience with process improvement, lean concepts, cost reduction, stakeholder management, and business planning.
• At least 2 years of experience with advanced Microsoft Office functionality.

Nice to have

• Experience in dispatch, fleet management, network analysis, or retail logistics operations.
• Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Project Management Professional or Six Sigma certification.
