Senior Manager, Denver Operations & Supply Chain

Salary: $115,900–$190,450 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end operational performance at the Denver site, including on-time delivery, backlog, inventory health, supplier reliability, and execution stability.
• Lead planning and replenishment execution, translating demand signals into reliable supply and inventory plans.
• Drive inventory accuracy, turns, stockout reduction, and excess or obsolete inventory reduction across core and long-tail SKUs.
• Manage supplier execution, purchasing accountability, corrective actions, warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and fulfillment.
• Improve material flow, warehouse layout, labor utilization, standard work, and compliance for relabeling, handling, and shipping.
• Build KPI reporting, operating cadence, visual management, continuous improvement systems, and high-accountability teams across operations and supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations and/or supply chain leadership.
• 5+ years leading complex, execution-heavy teams.
• Proven experience building processes and stabilizing operations.
• Strong ERP, data analysis, and operational problem-solving skills.
• Lean and continuous improvement experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in buy/sell, distribution, or life sciences environments.
