Lead Recruiter, Product & Design (Product and Design Talent Acquisition): Leading end-to-end recruitment for specialized product management and product design roles with an accent on strategic sourcing, stakeholder alignment, and complex offer negotiations. Focus on analyzing recruiting funnels, forecasting headcount delivery, mentoring recruiters, and using modern ATS and AI-assisted sourcing tools.
Location: Remote within the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii
Salary: $128,000–$149,150 annual base salary, plus equity; no bonus.

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialized Product Management and Product Design roles.
- Advise hiring managers and lead cross-functional recruitment workflows.
- Design inclusive sourcing strategies to engage and close senior passive candidates.
- Navigate complex compensation structures and high-stakes offer negotiations.
- Analyze recruiting funnels, stage velocity, and talent metrics to improve delivery.
- Mentor recruiters and share best practices across the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-lifecycle corporate recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- 3+ years recruiting Product Management and Product Design talent.
- Experience with advanced sourcing, market mapping, stakeholder partnership, and candidate closing.
- Strong ability to analyze recruiting metrics, forecast headcount delivery, and optimize hiring funnels.
- Technical proficiency with modern recruiting platforms and high standards for ATS data accuracy and compliance.
- Must be based in the United States; Hawaii is currently excluded.
Nice to have
- Experience with Ashby as an ATS.
- Pod or team leadership experience, including mentoring recruiters or sourcers.
- Experience with AI-assisted sourcing and recruiting workflows.
- Knowledge of pre-IPO equity mechanics, including ISOs, vesting, strike price, and dilution.
