Corporate Recruiter

Location: Hybrid in New York City, with at least three days per week in the NYC office

Salary: $130,500–$150,000 per year, with the final range determined during the interview process.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for corporate W2 and 1099 roles across Engineering, Product, Operations, non-clinical Clinical Operations, Marketing, and other functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, align processes, and drive efficient recruitment.
• Coach hiring managers on consistent, high-quality, equitable hiring decisions and recruiting processes.
• Source high-caliber technical and corporate talent through the NYC tech ecosystem, outreach, and employer branding.
• Manage requisitions and pipelines in Ashby while maintaining accurate data and reporting.
• Build dashboards, track hiring metrics, and improve pipeline health, hiring velocity, and recruiting outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Successful recruiting experience across multiple corporate functions, including Engineering and Product.
• Established network and active presence in the NYC tech ecosystem.
• Experience managing both W2 and 1099 hiring.
• Startup experience and extensive hands-on experience with Ashby are required.
• Strong sourcing, prioritization, organization, communication, and relationship-building skills.
