Lead Recruiter (AI)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and technical roles, from role definition through offer close.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership on role scope, leveling, success criteria, headcount planning, and hiring priorities.
• Design structured, high-signal interview processes and drive interviewer calibration.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and network mapping.
• Use funnel metrics and market intelligence on talent, compensation, and competitors to improve hiring decisions.
• Shape the employer brand and deliver a high-touch, high-integrity candidate experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or AI environments.
• Experience hiring across both GTM and technical functions.
• Strong sourcing instincts, an established network, and a track record of closing high-caliber talent in competitive markets.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and improve recruiting systems.
• AI fluency and an understanding of how AI can be integrated into recruiting.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders, using recruiting metrics, and working with Ashby or a comparable ATS.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI sourcing, screening, or operations tools.
• Recruiting experience in New York’s AI and technology market or with consulting-to-technology profiles.
• Experience as an early or founding recruiter.
