Senior Consultant - Epic Ambulatory Clinicals Analyst - Remote (Epic)

What you will do

• Provide consulting and administrative computer services for Epic-related client projects.
• Apply technical expertise to client system build, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems.
• Analyze and document workflows, monitor end-user workflows, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system-build strategy.
• Track risks and issues, support project leadership, and facilitate project-status meetings.
• Work directly with Epic end users and coordinate project deliverables according to client statements of work.

Requirements

• At least one current Epic ambulatory clinicals certification is required, such as EpicCare Ambulatory, Connect, Phoenix, Bones, Wisdom, or Kaleidoscope.
• At least three years of Epic experience, including a minimum of two years of Epic work experience after certification.
• Experience implementing Epic is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new projects, teams, client workplace rules, and changing travel or living arrangements.
• Ability to mentor and guide others with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic Connect or optimization projects.
• Multiple Epic certifications.
• Project management experience.
• PMP certification for project management or project leadership assignments.
