Senior Consultant, Digital Health - Advisory Services (Digital Health)

Location: US - National; primarily remote, with potential travel of about 10% of the time, including to the home office in Madison, Wisconsin.

What you will do

• Provide EHR build and technical subject matter expertise in a customer-facing consulting role.
• Collaborate with leadership and EHR architects on solution design and delivery.
• Elicit customer requirements, define solutions, and document technical and business requirements for provider-system implementations.
• Support iterative solution planning, scoping, documentation, development reviews, client discussions, and team mentorship.
• Present strategic guidance for client product enhancements and go-to-market execution.
• Improve internal processes and support documentation while managing multiple projects.

Requirements

• Multiple active Epic certifications; revenue cycle and patient access certifications are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of healthcare industry solution delivery experience.
• Experience with Epic applications such as Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, Compass Rose, MyChart, Prelude, Cadence, Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, OpTime, Anesthesia, Radiant, or Cupid.
• Experience creating EHR workflows or leveraging integrated external data, and leading complicated projects using Agile principles.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, customer management, communication, problem-solving, organization, and teamwork.

Nice to have

• Experience with application programming interfaces and integration engines.
• Epic revenue cycle and patient access certifications.
