What you will do

• Provide healthcare-enabling technology consulting services for clients.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in assigned MEDITECH domain areas.
• Participate in system build, implementation, strategic planning, and readiness assessment projects.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in client systems while analyzing workflows and recommending optimization opportunities.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, perform gap analyses, develop recommendations, and support client-facing reports.
• Manage risks, issues, documentation, change procedures, and testing for supported applications; mentor client project teams and lead projects when required.

Requirements

• Three or more years of hands-on MEDITECH IT experience.
• Strong communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to collaborate with project leaders, managers, team members, end users, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Ability to support MEDITECH system build, implementation, documentation, and testing activities.
