Location: Bradley International Airport, United States; on-site line maintenance environment
Compensation: Up to $39.00 per hour starting pay based on experience, plus a $2.00 night-shift differential, an $800 monthly stipend, and a $10,000 cash bonus after a 12-month commitment.

What you will do
- Administer Quality Control policies and oversee aircraft inspection activities in a line maintenance environment.
- Conduct surveillance of maintenance work to verify compliance with Breeze standards, FAA regulations, and the Code of Federal Regulations.
- Perform Required Inspection Items, receiving inspections, engine borescopes, and NDT inspections.
- Support the Quality Control Program, Receiving Inspection Program, NDT program, tooling procedures, and calibration processes.
- Identify recurring discrepancies, recommend maintenance-program or tooling improvements, and report issues affecting aircraft safety, quality, or schedule.
- Coordinate with Technical Operations, Aircraft Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Engineering while supporting safety and SMS requirements.
Requirements
- Current, valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License with no history of infractions.
- Five years of aviation maintenance experience, including at least three years in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or inspection.
- Working knowledge of FAR Parts 43, 65, 91, 121, and 145.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Fluent English is required; a valid passport, driver’s license, and ability to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge are also required.
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime; travel up to 30%; pass DOT drug testing and TSA and company background checks; and meet the physical demands of aircraft inspection work.
Nice to have
- At least two years of management or leadership experience.
- Degree in Aerospace, Aviation Maintenance, or Business.
- Ten years of FAR Part 121 air-carrier aircraft maintenance experience.
- Understanding of Safety Management System rules.
