Senior Technical Customer Engineer (Electronics)

Location: Remote in Taiwan

What you will do

• Provide technical, application, and troubleshooting support to field teams and customers.
• Support sales presentations, trade shows, product demonstrations, and customer equipment preparation.
• Deliver technical training internally and externally with Product Business Unit teams.
• Define testing plans with customer technical departments and end users, and gather technical data for new dispensing processes and markets.
• Analyze competitor and application data, optimize product applications, and provide input to R&D.
• Prepare and present clear test reports while coordinating technical matters with sales, marketing, parent companies, and sister companies.

Requirements

• College degree or above in Mechanics, Electronics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of R&D engineering experience in SMT, semiconductor, or a relevant industry.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Good verbal English and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and computer skills, logical thinking, teamwork, accountability, and self-motivation.

Nice to have

• Fluid dispensing experience.
• Experience working in a multinational company.
