Vice President of Finance (CPA Required) | Healthcare | $150K-$180K

Location: Primarily onsite in the Tampa, Florida area; Monday-Friday

Salary: $150,000-$180,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead accounting and financial operations across multiple healthcare entities and locations.
• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal financial controls.
• Supervise and mentor accounting professionals while partnering with executive leadership and physician stakeholders.
• Oversee payroll, workers’ compensation, benefits-related financial processes, system implementations, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Active CPA license required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Experience leading accounting teams within a healthcare organization and managing multiple entities or locations.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with accounting or payroll system conversions.
• Familiarity with financial automation or AI-driven accounting solutions.
