What you will do

• Drive month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze GAAP financial statements.
• Design and implement SOX controls and procedures to support IPO readiness.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and scalability.
• Support internal and external audit processes and prepare technical accounting memos.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed CPA
• Minimum 5 years of progressive professional accounting experience
• Proven experience in a Big 4 public accounting firm
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in fast-paced environments

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems
• Recent experience supporting a company through an IPO process
• Prior experience in the health-tech or technology industry
