Program Finance Systems Analyst III (Aerospace & Defense)

What you will do

• Lead advanced administration and maintenance of Integrated Program Management software, primarily Deltek Cobra.
• Configure, test, deploy, and optimize IPM software products and enterprise business solutions.
• Resolve complex user needs and advanced system-related issues, including role-based security administration.
• Collaborate with application teams and business users to improve IPM solution adoption and effectiveness.
• Deliver advanced end-user training and document processes, configurations, technical requirements, and system changes.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in finance systems, project control, or a related field; 8 years are required in lieu of a degree.
• Experience administering Cobra or similar Integrated Program Management software.
• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Strong facilitation skills for addressing complex IT and business stakeholder concerns related to tool maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. government authorizations.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of IPM software and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SQL.
• Experience with program finance processes, program management, government contracting, public auditing, GAAP, or Cost Accounting Standards.
• Master’s degree in a related field or prior SNC program finance analyst experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Cobra, documenting enterprise application requirements, and conducting stakeholder learning sessions.
