Senior Financial Analyst

Annual salary: $88,200–$163,800 for California, plus potential bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Prepare quarter-end reporting packages for audit committee deliverables and the earnings close process.
• Validate data from SAP, NGA, Incorta, and CPM/Pricebook at the product and customer reporting levels.
• Generate management reports and ad hoc financial analyses, including exception reporting and data quality reviews.
• Investigate discrepancies and prepare correction, reclassification, allocation, and product-level reporting files.
• Support UAT for financial system enhancements by documenting test cases, logging issues, and validating fixes.
• Support acquired-company integrations through master data setup and order-data conversion, partnering with quote-to-cash finance teams and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive finance experience, ideally in the technology industry.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data manipulation, and structured workbook development.
• Hands-on SAP experience and familiarity with finance data extraction and reporting workflows.
• Experience supporting UAT cycles for financial systems and strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight quarter-end deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of revenue accounting principles, including ASC 606 and software revenue recognition.
• Experience with Incorta, NGA product reporting, or CPM/Pricebook.
• CPA or MBA.
• Experience supporting acquisition integrations from a finance reporting perspective.
