What you will do

• Investigate and analyze monthly variances to forecast, plan, and prior periods.
• Partner with functional managers in accounting, operations, supply chain, and program management to develop budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic and operational initiatives.
• Communicate operating company financial performance and targets to various organizational levels.
• Apply hirify.global Business System (RBS) principles to drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar field.
• 3-5 years of FP&A or financial analyst experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, specifically SQL and Power BI.
• U.S. Citizenship required per ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
• Knowledge of Government accounting and GAAP.
• Background in manufacturing and factory operations.
