Flexographic Press Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States; onsite, 1st shift

Pay: $25.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Operate blank and multicolor flexographic printing presses, paper die cutters, slitter rewinders, and tabletop finishing machines.
• Set up and tear down production jobs using job specification packets.
• Change master paper rolls, remove finished rolls, and dispose of waste rolls.
• Clean ink pans after printed jobs and convert master rolls into smaller finished rolls.
• Record job run times and footage on daily production logs.
• Package, label, and seal finished goods while maintaining an orderly work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous flexographic printing experience.
• Technical aptitude and relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to support other team members as needed.
• Ability to work safely in the Nashua, NH production facility and maintain a clean work area.
