Machine Assistant Operator (Flexo) - 2nd and 3rd Shift

Location: Landisville, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite manufacturing environment

Salary: $25.53–$26.43 per hour, plus an annual bonus based on plant performance metrics.

What you will do

• Set up rails, printing, and die-cutting sections on Flexo equipment.
• Inspect dies before and after production runs and ensure cutting-die bolts are secure.
• Monitor box quality, including liner condition, warp, dimensions, and print quality.
• Operate machinery at available capacity and speed while supporting other machine operators and utility staff.
• Complete production, operational, safety, and quality reports and submit maintenance work orders.
• Follow production schedules, recommend improvements, and report scheduling issues and food packaging safety risks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience working on a Flexo machine.
• Experience in packaging or another manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and handle multiple requests.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with team members.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to work overtime on short notice, including weekdays and weekends.
