Network Engineer 3 (AI)

Location: Linthicum Heights, Maryland, United States; Workplace: On-site. United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with an agency-appropriate polygraph are required.

Salary: $72.67–$114.70 per hour. The position is also eligible for a $5,000 bonus, including a 20% SEP IRA contribution.

What you will do

• Plan, design, develop, implement, operate, and support secure multi-platform, multi-system networks.
• Diagnose network performance shortcomings and implement performance improvements.
• Install and configure Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, VPNs, and network management applications.
• Develop network security requirements and policies and translate them into device configurations.
• Design and implement enterprise-level ISP backbone networks.
• Provide technical direction and lead small teams in resolving complex network issues.

Requirements

• United States citizenship is required.
• TS/SCI clearance with an agency-appropriate polygraph is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in network design, routing, switching, and network security.
• CCNA certification.
• Senior-level network engineering experience with at least some AI background.
