Material Handler Lead (Market) - 3rd Shift

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite, 3rd shift

Salary: $23.90–$44.40 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate the timely movement of materials into, within, and out of manufacturing.
• Operate applicable equipment, including forklifts and computer terminals.
• Execute and coordinate operator training on standard work, quality, and procedures.
• Respond professionally to internal customer concerns.
• Participate in Kaizen events and drive waste reduction through Lean methodology.
• Support continuous improvement, problem solving, and decision making with team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of production work experience preferred; lead experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, JD Edwards, and the Internet.
• Knowledge of material flow processes and safety policies.
• Ability to train operators, maintain reliable attendance, adapt to changing conditions, and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
