Focus on diagnosing operational inefficiencies, correcting quality and equipment issues, managing cycle counts, and training warehouse operators across a rotating 12-hour schedule.
Location: Lithia Springs, Georgia, United States; onsite at the INCO manufacturing facility
Salary: $22–$25 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential. The anticipated salary range is $22.75–$33.00 hourly, depending on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.

What you will do
- Lead, monitor, and delegate work for Warehouse Operators while ensuring proficient performance against warehouse KPIs.
- Enforce safety, operational, and procedural policies and train Warehouse Operators on their application.
- Audit warehouse transactions, including receiving, stock movements, finished-goods transfers, and component returns, ensuring ERP accuracy.
- Stage raw materials, process production requisitions, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies for raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and operate, clean, and perform basic maintenance on material-handling equipment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Two years of experience operating a stand-up forklift and two years operating a reach truck.
- Ability to safely operate reach trucks, walkies, cherry pickers, and forklifts.
- Strong communication, decision-making, troubleshooting, math, reading, writing, and mechanical aptitude skills.
- Basic knowledge and use of hand tools.
Nice to have
- One year of experience in a supervisory role.
