Warehouse Lead

Location: Katy, Texas, United States; onsite

Salary: $25.00–$36.25 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate the work of Warehouse Operators, monitor progress, delegate tasks, and maintain performance against key performance indicators.
• Promote and enforce safety, operational, and procedural policies, and train Warehouse Operators on those policies.
• Audit warehouse transactions, including receiving, stock movements, finished goods, and component returns, for accuracy and consistency in ERP systems.
• Stage raw materials, process production material requisitions, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts, resolve inventory discrepancies, and support housekeeping across assigned warehouse aisles.
• Safely operate reach trucks, walkies, cherry pickers, and forklifts while maintaining material-handling equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Good verbal, written, mathematical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently and perform related equipment maintenance.
