Software Engineer, Product (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the continental United States; legal authorization to work in the United States required

Salary: $140K–$160K plus equity

What you will do

• Architect and build features across the full stack for financial institution onboarding.
• Integrate platform services with legacy bank infrastructure, core banking systems, and third-party compliance providers.
• Design solutions for multi-tenant architecture, real-time data processing, performance, scalability, and bank-grade reliability.
• Work directly with major banks and the product team to translate complex onboarding requirements into technical solutions.
• Own systems processing millions of applications across hundreds of banking products.

Requirements

• Experience with modern web technologies, including React, Node, and preferably PostgreSQL.
• Strong system design skills and experience with scalable architectures.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems while balancing technical quality and business impact.
• Ability to understand user experience needs for consumers and bank employees.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and residence within the continental United States.
