Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in the Americas (United States, Canada, or LATAM)

Salary: $130,000 – $320,000 USD (tiered by location and city)

What you will do

• Own features end-to-end across product lines, from problem discovery to launch.
• Build performant, spreadsheet-grade UIs for large-scale financial datasets.
• Design robust data models and APIs that support streaming results and long-running processes.
• Develop AI-native product features including orchestration, tool calls, and retrieval.
• Raise the engineering bar through high-quality code, thoughtful reviews, and clear communication.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Americas (US, Canada, or LATAM) to align with team working hours.
• Experience building complex B2B products, ideally from scratch.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals with the ability to trace requests from UI to data store.
• High agency and a builder's mindset, with experience as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder.
• Ability to work directly with customers to understand problems before writing code.
• Pragmatic approach to tool selection and a deep focus on code quality.
