Product Manager – Machine Control (Excavation)

Location: Fully remote, based in Italy; up to 25% international travel

Salary: €45,000–€65,000 gross per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the excavation product portfolio.
• Research customer, dealer, and industry partner needs and identify market opportunities.
• Translate customer insights into product requirements and development priorities.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations throughout product delivery.
• Lead new product introductions and manage products across their lifecycle.
• Monitor competitors and market trends, analyze product performance and profitability, and support pricing and portfolio optimization.

Requirements

• Experience in product management or a similar strategic role.
• Background in construction technology, machine control, excavation, surveying, heavy equipment, or civil engineering.
• Experience working with customers and distribution networks.
• Strong analytical, business planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
• Fluent English required; ability to work remotely from Italy.
