Senior Product Manager - Platform (AI)

Location: United States — remote, or Omaha, Nebraska — hybrid

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Define the Platform product direction, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics.
• Own platform capabilities including the design system, horizontal mobile functionality, and identity and authorization strategy.
• Partner with engineering on architecture decisions, technical debt, build-versus-buy evaluations, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Own authentication and identity workflows and guide infrastructure investments for iOS and Android performance and stability.
• Build feedback loops with internal product teams and validate opportunities through experiments and technical spikes.
• Use AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, and Copilot for prototyping, analysis, documentation, and experimentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B software, including platform, horizontal, or internal tools products.
• Experience delivering products that improved reliability, performance, or scalability.
• Ability to lead large cross-team initiatives and make decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end infrastructure, dependencies, architecture, APIs, and technical trade-offs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
