Product Manager – Road Construction Technologies

What you will do

• Define the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Grader & Paving portfolio.
• Lead the development of machine control solutions for road construction.
• Translate customer insights, market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies into product opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations across multiple regions.
• Support product launches and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept through continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a strategic technical role.
• Background in construction technology, machine control, heavy equipment, civil engineering, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with international cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English required.
