GEO Platform Owner – Tunnel & Rail Products

Location: Remote in Italy

Salary: €50,000–€60,000 gross per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and business performance of tunnel and rail product platforms.
• Lead innovation initiatives and lifecycle planning from concept through end-of-life.
• Coordinate product development, validation, beta testing, functional requirements, quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
• Define pricing and margin objectives, monitor financial performance, and drive cost optimization.
• Align Product Supply, Engineering, Sales Units, Marketing, and Customer Support around product decisions and execution.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to guide positioning and go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management, product development, or platform ownership.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycles and product creation processes.
• Knowledge of pricing, margin management, and profitability tracking.
• Experience in cross-functional project management and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder alignment, and execution skills, with the ability to lead through influence in matrixed environments.
